  terrible service. My mother passed away and i felt as if i had no options. I was told when to have services and what time. They did not try to work with my schedule. My mother also looked terrible during the viewing. They didn't apply no makeup or plucked her eyebrows and they lost her earings.. it was terrible. I felt rushed and one of the ushers was extremely rude to me. I spoke to the director and he said i did not request to have my mother with makeup.. but i was not given the choice. I felt rushed to get my mom buried. Who's mother dies twice... Not anyone i know. This was my first experience and i was in a fog. I also had no idea i was able to be present during the cremation. I was not informed of my options. I wish i would of gone with a different funeral home... someone who cared.

  The staff was so helpful when we needed them. The prices were terrific. I just think the world of them. I have recommended them to all my friends. Keep up the good work!

  I wish I could put more then 5 stars! We just had a service at the church in Delano, and it was better then we could have expected. They even took photos and video so we could share it to facebook for our family in Mexico to see! We are so grateful to them!

  My family and I just want to say thank you again for your compassion during this difficult time in our lives. As a Mexican American family we were very happy with the professionalism and caring attitude that was showed to us by McFarland Family Funeral Home . The pricing was affordable and well within budget. My mother looked so peaceful and she did not have excessive makeup on. By far they are the best in the area. Thank you again for all of your guidance with the final arrangements. Just very pleased with how everything came together. Alvarez Family-
